The Creative Stitches & Hobbycrafts Show at EventCity, Trafford Centre, Manchester, 13-15 September and catch up with Sight Station on stand G20 (near the entrance) where we will be offering advice on the latest eyewear trends and how to choose reading glasses.
There are 125 exhibitors offering the very latest products, ideas and innovations in the world of creative craft. The show will feature a brand new display of stunning Masquerade Ball costumes showcasing the glitz and glamour of the silver screen with gowns originally worn by some of Hollywood’s finest leading ladies.
There are also live demonstrations of craft projects and fantastic workshops where visitors can get hands-on with a range of crafts, with experts on hand to provide top tips and advice. Visitors can also find all the latest innovations and supplies from the world of creative craft, with everything from sewing, knitting and jewellery making to paper craft, card making and quilting.
The Fashion area contains all the latest ideas to create haute couture outfits. Fashion editor Anne Hartnett will also be showcasing the latest trends fresh from the autumn/winter catwalks and giving her top tips and advice on the best clothes for all figure types.
In the Cookery Theatre expert Sue McMahon will be leading scrumptious demonstrations with delicious recipes and ideas and for budding writers, the Fiction Workshops in association with Foster Grant reading glasses will be providing advice on how to write a successful short story or novel.
In the Knit ‘n’ Natter Lounge visitors can get their needles clicking with some fantastic projects that have been designed especially for the show. Knitting experts Kandy Regis and Tina Egleton will be on hand to offer their words of wisdom.
