Regular eye tests should be pencilled into everyone’s diaries – the reality is unfortunate, with too many people not realising that they require reading glasses or distance glasses for their everyday conducts.

Research has revealed that a shocking number of people have never had an eye-test before, a large number people drive without their glasses on, and a large number of people who claim that their sight is perfect, failed eye examinations when tested. It is clear from the reports by RNIB (Royal National Institute of Blind People) that people in the UK are unaware that they need reading glasses or long distance glasses.
