Sight Station Returns Policy
We hope you are delighted with your order
However, we recognise that sometimes purchases need to be returned for a refund or exchange.
Please note that:
- ALL returned products MUST be in their original condition along with a proof of purchase
- We can only accept goods bought via www.sightstation.com.
- We CANNOT accept any other product purchased through another stockist.
Items purchased through 'offers' ('2 for £20 & 3 for £25', '2 for 1', '3 for 2')
- Please note that products bought in offers are non-refundable and only eligible for exchange.
- We will not offer a part credit or part exchange for any product on offer.
- We will not part exchange any product bought as part of a special promotion or offer for a product not part of the same special promotion or offer.
- We will refund a purchase for any reason within 7 (seven) days, beginning with the day after the date of receipt of the goods.
- To obtain a refund, you MUST first contact Sight Station Customer Services within the aforementioned timescale who will authorise the refund and send you a returns form to complete and send back with your goods. You can do this via email or post.
- When returning goods, please be sure to wrap the package carefully as damages/losses to the goods during transit back to Sight Station are at the customer's risk.
- Make sure you have included your returns form.
- If you have received free postage when buying from us and you wish to return an item for a refund, we reserve the right to deduct a pro-rata p&p charge from the refunded amount in respect of our postage costs.
- You will receive your refund within 7 (seven) days of receipt of goods. You will be contacted and updated via email once your refund has been processed. Please note that we can only credit the same account of the original purchaser of the product.
- Please note that items bought as presents can only be refunded with the permission of the original purchaser.
- We recommend that you get a certificate of postage (free from any Post Office) for any returns you make. Always retain proof of postage. Please return all exchanges/refund requests to:

- Any purchase made with a Loyalty Scheme voucher code is non-refundable. You may exchange products purchased with a voucher discount but not refund them.
- We will exchange any purchase for any reason within 14 (fourteen) days, beginning with the day after the date of receipt of the goods.
- Products must reach us in "AS NEW" condition with all packaging, labelling and stickers intact
- There is a £2.50 delivery charge for redelivery of any exchange. This must be paid online.
- Your exchange will be dispatched within 7 days of receipt of the goods to be exchanged. You will be contacted and updated via email once your exchange has been processed.

- If a delivery is returned to Sight Station because the customer was unable to take delivery, we reserve the right to charge a £2.50 re-delivery charge.
